Well, I've though about it…

…and I think I'm gonna stick with C and C++ as my first programming languages. I may regret this, who knows. I already have a compiler for them and I don't for any other language. If someone has some detailed recommendations and suggestions on how to best get started with something else, I am more than interested to hear your input. God Dammit

Damn eternal lands updated and now my controls in it are screwed up. Can't move, and in a 3-d environment, that's kind of a big deal. Oh well, this will probably break me of the game if they can't patch it soon.

What a week

Had my car stolen, found it, turns out was someone I knew. Won't say who, resolved that. Got my eval at work, got the highest raise I can get. Manager got his eval today, didn't get nearly as well...hehehehe. I shouldn't laugh, cause they treat him wrong...but still. G/f's out of town tonight, will be back sometime tomorrow I think. That's about it, but for some reason I feel drained as all hell.

There is a very cool thing...
In 2001, I got fired from wal-mart, which caused me to live off of my Capital One (What's in YOUR wallet?) credit card until I maxed it out. I strived to pay it down and couldn't. Well, I just paid it completely off last night.

Offer of transfer

Today I found out that the manager over grocery who is transferring stores made the comment he would like me to transfer with him. My manager will be transferring about the same time, but to a different store. I am giving it serious consideration.

So they're coming…

…and they'll be staying the night. Now to find out what the hell we're gonna do all night long. Brian isn't old enough to go clubbin or drinkin...so we have to find something underage to do....we'll prolly end up hanging out downtown. Ok, so my blogging has sucked as of late, though I've now received two comments from people I don't personally know. That's a plus.

My day today at work was SLOW...super...duper...ultra...uber...slow.

I didn't even work over today cause I couldn't stand being that bored.

Jason and Brian (old roomies) are coming to visit this weekend. Should have a grand ol' time.
We'd go clubbin, but Brian's only 18. Damn loser.

Dressed "spiffy" today, with a nice dress shirt and new slacks. Got a few heads turning, made me feel good. I love to dress nice, but can't really afford the clothes to do so.

Catch Up Time

Happy New Year to y'all.

Well, xmas was interesting, new years wasn't. G/f was sick, so I took care of her. I've been busy either working or playing Eternal Lands (see previous post) for the most part. Traded g/f's car with her mother's SUV, due to car problems with her Eclipse. I've been playing Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 again today, I love that game.
